Most orders are processed the same day but depending on demand, may take up to 48 hours. Once processed, your order is then sent to our corresponding fulfillment partner.
Please note: The average fulfillment time is 2 - 5 business days for non-apparel products and 2 - 7 business days for all apparel.

USA: 4 business days
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 - 12 business days.
Canada: 10 - 15 business days
International: 15 - 20 business days
Items are produced by several vendors and shipped directly from their facilities. For this reason, some of your products may arrive separately.

However, Antje.com is not available in some countries due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, the countries we do not ship to include: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
It is possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, we are unable to cancel any order for items that have been sent to production or for items that have already shipped.
Antje Utgaard products are made to order. Refunds and exchanges will only be provided for defective merchandise. Otherwise, all sales are final.
